Oh, my little boy is really hungry for adult food. Just a few months ago, he made choking noises and closed his lips to eat any more tart apple sauce. This of course occurred on Christmas day with both sets of grandparents present. It was embarrassing after we had declared baby J loves all real food. We were so excited to introduce his first fruit on Christmas day! After that embarrassing seen, we decided to wait until later to re-introduce him to his one food nemesis. So today, I masked the apple sauce in cinnamon, banana chunks oatmeal. He ate it and I was very, very happy. I took his bib off and began to finish my meal. I was peeling my clementine orange when I noticed baby J starring at me with rapt attention. As I put the first section in my mouth he started crying for his share. As I joke, I gave him some thinking back to how he hated tart apple sauce on Christmas day. This was his reaction on his second or third half section.
I guess he really wants what mummy eats. Our son… Who knew… Bubby like daddy. (Joe loves citris!)
