My mom retired in August and expressed a desire to do preschool with J and his cousin. Schedules didn&#8217;t work so for now J gets Oma&#8217;s full attention on Wednesday morning. After a cautious start, J loved it. Oma read him a book a few times and they discussed it page by page. Then was art and craft time. This week was painting and he doesn&#8217;t have an art smock yet, so Oma had him take off his shirt. After doing this he asked Oma if she was going to take off her shirt. Little kids, I explained only boys take off their shirts. He loved painting and cried when Oma wrapped up the morning and left. J is very excited about preschool now.
