Just a few months ago, he made choking noises and closed his lips to eat any more tart apple sauce. This of course\u00a0occurred\u00a0on Christmas day with both sets of grandparents present. It was\u00a0embarrassing\u00a0after we had declared baby J loves all real food. We were so excited to introduce his first fruit on Christmas day! \u00a0After that\u00a0embarrassing\u00a0seen, we decided to wait until later to re-introduce him to his one food\u00a0nemesis. \u00a0So today, I masked the apple sauce in cinnamon, banana chunks oatmeal. He ate it and I was very, very happy. I took his bib off and began to finish my meal. I was peeling my clementine orange when I noticed baby J starring at me with rapt attention. As I put the first section in my mouth he started crying for his share. As I joke, I gave him some thinking back to how he hated tart apple sauce on Christmas day.
